Super Admin desk

Lives on the central database. Creates vendors, assigns packages, renews subscriptions, and reads website contact inquiries. It does not browse another shop’s products or bills.

Vendor desk

Each shop gets ezzidesk_{vendor_id}, an owner login, and optional subdomain. Staff authenticate only after that database is connected.

From package to first invoice

Choose a package

Basic for a single counter, Advanced for teams and reports, Enterprise for larger rollouts. Monthly or yearly.

Create the shop

Name, Vendor ID, owner email, and password. EzziDesk creates the vendor row, subscription, and private database.

Sign in and sell

Open the subdomain, or type the Vendor ID on /user/login. Add products, open POS, and print the first bill.

FAQ

Before you create the first shop

Does each shop get its own database?

Yes. Provisioning creates ezzidesk_{vendor_id} and runs tenant migrations there. Products and users never share a table with another shop.

What if we do not have a subdomain yet?

On localhost or the main domain, the login form shows Vendor ID. After DNS for *.yourdomain.com, that field hides automatically.

Can Super Admin change a plan later?

Yes. Edit the vendor or assign a new subscription. The shop keeps its database; only plan dates and limits change.

Is online payment included?

Razorpay keys for plan checkout are stored in Super Admin → Settings. Checkout on /signup can use those keys next.

Can a shop be turned off?

Set status to inactive or suspended. Staff are blocked at login until Super Admin reactivates the vendor.

Where do contact messages go?

The landing form stores inquiries in the central database. Super Admin opens them under Inquiries.
